My contribution to this year’s Facebook events to mark the anniversary of Joy Baker’s court victory in which her right to home educate her children was confirmed.
This year the backdrop was a recently published consultation on draft elective home education guidance in England. Whilst this new guidance has a softer tone than the previous version, the Department of Education is still advancing the agenda of a state supervised education for every child!
